Look! A Singh! nominated for an Asian Media Award 2014

I'm pleased to announce that I've been nominated for an Asian Media Award for my blog Look! A Singh!

This came as quite a surprise as I didn't even nominated myself!

I attended the Launch of the Awards at the ITV studios in London last week where I got to mingle with all the other nominees and some celebs.

Other nominees for 'Best blog' are, and which are all awesome in their own right.

The final for the awards are in Manchester at the end of October and I'll be there. Whether I win or not, it sure is amazing to have been recognised for my hard work. I'll just have to make sure my tie is straight!

Google have finally launched the long awaited Google Analytics App for iOS.

The app itself is pretty straight forward, log in with your google account and it displays a list of your profiles. The initial view is real-time visitors but it does have the option to view more detailed data such as Acquisition and Behaviour.

Download the app from the iOS App Store Here

Leeds City Centre Night Photography

Last night I ventured out in the cold with the guys from Singh Photography to take some night photos of Leeds City Centre.

We started off at the bottom of town near Bridgewater (Dalek) building.

After Bridgewater, we went over the road to Granary Wharf to take these cracking shots

We then moved to Leeds City Centre where I wanted to take some decent shots of the Town Hall.  I was extremely lucky as during my 30-second shot a plane flew past and the photo captured the lights perfectly! This happened twice!

and finally for the night... Millennium Square

New York City is home to the wacky and wonderful but I've never seen this before. A man walking around with a Cat on to head. Well why not?
